SDC was developing a multi sector and muliti year programme for Bangladesh, called GO4Impact. Mansoor was hired as a lead consultant to look into the nexus of Good Governance and Solid Waste Management. Working with a national consultant, Mansoor conducted a documents review, compilation of good practices, an outline Theory of Change and a list of key activities, which the project will conduct. This was compiled as a feasibility report, which informed the final design of the programme.
