Commonwealth Clean Ocean Alliance (CCOA) is a flagship programme of the UK Government to reduce plastics pollution in oceans. The programme conducted various national feasibility studies to consider potential options.

Mansoor was the team leader for the national study for Sri Lanka, which was managed by Practical Action Consulting, UK. Mansoor drafted the feasibility report based on a National Stakeholders workshop and in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Sri Lanka. The study is currently being considered for programme implementation.
