Supporting Programmes and Training in Waste Management, Monitoring and Evaluation

Mansoor is an independent consultant with over 37 years of experience in international development in solid waste management, sanitation, monitoring and evaluation. He delivers assignments in training, consulting services, teaching and research.

He has worked extensively with international and local organisations in programme and capacity development. Supported by his continued delivery of trainings, he leads change in organisational education and innovation, with a focus on approaches and challenges to learning. 

Mansoor works for organisations such as the Royal Academy of Engineering (Reduced Waste Burning Programme), IMA International Consulting (MEAL), Urban Emerge (WASH and Solid Waste), and IHE Delft (Sanitation Project Management teaching and training).

Waste Burning Programme – Royal Academy of Engineering, UK

Engineering X is a long term programme to reduce the adverse impact of waste burning on vulnerable groups in vulnerable countries. Mansoor has been involved with the programme since 2020 and is currently responsible for advising on the programme development.

MEAL and Theory of Change Training

In collaboration with IMA International Mansoor prepares, delivered and quality assures MEAL and Theory of Change courses. Since 2020 he has been lead trainer and consultant for the organisation.
